It is part of the Agreement with the One World Council. If De O’Bama can get his hand Picked Communist Czars to sign off on these UN created agreements it will eventually Neuter the Entire US Constitution and Bill of Right. It will eventually lead to the destruction of the fishing industry, then the cattle industry, the pork industry and the Chicken industry. America will be REQUIRED to disarm it’s Citizens whereas we will become Subjects of the EU….

it could never happen. populations are controlled by both recreational and commerial fishing. and with all the alien species starting to show up in us waters the areas need to fished to eliminate the issue or at least hold the problem to a min. as well it is a great opportunity for money within the states during these hard times and weather this be a hoax or not it wouldnt fly in any state.

I think that you misunderstood. Banning fishing in America would make the headlines and put Tackle Shops out of business. The Republicans had accidently leaked that they’re using a fear campaign and perhaps this is just part of it. Remember their Medicare Death Panel scare ?

due to over fishing and fish eating Indian and chinese fish has landed on American coast . Only way to increase Local fishing pressure to take care of coast
