What is the best full body workout routine to build strength/mass?
Hey. I am wondering what the best full body workout is to get bigger and stronger. I would prefer if it was a 3 day workout, but it doesn’t have to be. Please include reps and sets, and workouts for each day. Also, what would be the best 3 supplements to take, and when should I take them. Thanks, and feel free to leave any other helpful information!

bench press..squats..deadlifts…start with 3 sets of 8-10 reps and go light…in 2 weeks do more weight with less reps and so on.
