In the US, what products are required to have country of origin info on the packaging?

I know that sometimes the country of origin is different than the distributor’s country in the listed address. If anyone has links to information about the laws regarding labelling requirements, that would [...]

Is there any real evidence to prove a shortage of young people entering the skilled trades?
I’ve heard this on occasion over the past few years. The claim is that many of them are over 50 and young kids are preferring to go to college. With the downturn in the housing market and manufacturing being offshored, I have trouble believing this.

How many Christians in here know that Mary gave birth to many other children besides Jesus?
Can you come up with the Scriptures that tell this? The reason to bring this up again is that I came to realize that so many more than I thought are being deceived into thinking she was a virgin all her life. Thanks for the input.

What is an appropriate gift for godparents to give their newborn godson?
My sister just asked my husband and I to be the godparents to her son, due in October. Of course we are thrilled. Is there a particular kind of gift that would be appropriate to mark the arrival of our godson, once he is born? Do we give a gift before he is born?

How legitimate is it to denounce Islam with the following argument?
"Islam came after Christianity – Christianity is HUNDREDS of years older than Islam – and is similar to Christianity in many, many ways. Hence The Koran is just a spurious carbon-copy of The Bible, with "Jesus Christ" scratched out everywhere it appears and "Mohammed" scribbled in. Anyone who can denounce Christianity and espouse Islam with [...]
