Is it normal to have acid reflux or heartburn after getting over a stomach virus?

Is it common to be allergic to fish, but not shellfish?
I can eat shrimp, clams, oysters, mussels, lobster, basically any shellfish (although oysters kind of give me heartburn and indigestion).
